Culture is a much more powerful force than strategy
My career has provided me with a wealth of experience in many different industry sectors with organisations of varying size and states of maturity. Having held executive positions for more than 20 years, I became a consultant in the field of change and follow my interest in the relationship between culture and strategy. For a number of years, alongside my day job, I was a guest lecturer on the Executive MBA programme at Cass Business School and a member of its Advisory Board.

I hold a Masters in Organisational Change from Ashridge Business School and am an European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) Accredited Coach at Senior Practitioner level.
