Ayin Jambulingam

Ayin, an Indian-Malaysian, resides in Kuala Lumpur with his Chinese-American wife and two young children. As a seasoned leadership and organizational development consultant, he collaborates internationally with senior leaders and their teams. Ayin's professional journey includes serving as a venture capital consultant in London and Geneva, along with holding senior audit roles at KPMG in Dublin, and at PwC and Morgan Stanley in New York.

Educationally, Ayin earned an MA in Systems-Psychodynamic Consulting from the Tavistock Clinic and holds certifications in various coaching and psychometric tools. Additionally, he possesses an MBA from Switzerland and is a Fellow of the Irish Chartered Accounting Institute. Ayin played a foundational role as a Member of the Society for Organizational Learning (Singapore) and an Associate member of the Organization Promoting Understanding of Society.

In recent years, Ayin has shifted his focus towards integrating discussions on Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging, as well as Sustainability, into the realm of leadership development.
