My ideal clients wants to grow and develop through Coaching. They’ll take steps towards development between sessions, come up with new approaches to address challenges, and hear feedback with an open mind. I enjoy coaching clients on leadership effectiveness and work-life balance. I am drawn to leaders who want to solve problems and create balance in their lives (often because they work too much). My sweet spot is in helping people feel like they can get unstuck from unhealthy patterns.
I want to help more women become empowered and successful in their environments.
With an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Boston University, a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the New England College of Business, and a Master Human Capital Strategist designation from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in Washington, D.C., Jayme’s professional education is a solid foundation upon which her consulting practices have been built.
