I am an Executive Coach with nearly 25 years of experience in Telecommunications, Business Process Outsourcing and Executive Coaching.

My purpose as a coach is to help her clients achieve their objectives and become the best versions of themselves.  I partner with clients on a journey of self-discovery and insightful conversations about goals, objectives, behaviors and beliefs and helps them create powerful actions and changes leading to outcomes they desire.

I have successfully leveraged real world corporate experience to effectively help leaders grow & optimize their full potential. My skill sets include cultural sensitivity and an ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds.

My Clients includes Senior Leadership from Akamai, Vodafone, Etisalat, Schlumberger, Capgemini, Biogen, University of Waterloo, MongoDB and also Entrepreneurs across different geographies like US, Canada, Norway, France, United Kingdom, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan and India.   Industries include Telecom, Food and beverages, Direct to Home, Education and  Non-Profit.

I believe that all deep transformation happens through self-awareness as a step one. To get to the state of self-awareness there needs to be complete openness and vulnerability from both the Coach and the Coachee..  which is created in a safe space of being totally present, listening without judgement and having unconditional compassion. This is a kind of space that I strive to create in my sessions, which leads from self-awareness to sustainable transformation.

I am involved with EthicalCoach since 2017 as a Volunteer and look forward to coaching leaders from the WILD Network.
