Designs and facilitates European Mentoring and Coaching Council's accredited courses for managers in education centers around Ireland.

Spent eight years developing, delivering, and assessing the mentoring syllabus for the Irish National Induction Program for Teachers, now known as "Droichead," and served on the steering committee of the Teaching Council of Ireland for three years.

Designs and delivers mentoring modules for the Masters in Teaching and Learning at two third-level institutions.

Contributed to the coaching strategy plan for the National Governing Body of Basketball. Coached the Senior Men's National Team for five years and has coaching experience in England, France, Holland, and the United States.
