British, living in Poland with a 30+year business career spanning P&G, Reckitt Benckiser, Coca-Cola Bottlers and PZ Cussons; on-the-ground in UK, Greece, Morocco, Tunisia, Yemen, Russia, Poland and China; with assignments in Sales, Marketing and Country/ Regional General Management. He has personally led and been responsible for international start-up operations, in developed and hardship locations; significant organisational change projects; business turnaround assignments and re-shaping leadership teams into effective operating units.

My ideal client is in a senior leadership role, needing to develop both external impact and internal cohesion. They would be self-reflective and able to reflect on their own strengths and opportunities for development. They have an aptitude for considered action rather than endless deliberation. Issues would likely focus on how to become more effective and get out of their own way! My sweet spot is on developing trust as a leader.
I have been involved with EthicalCoach since the start of the Project, as a Coach Supervisor. I am keen to continue the relationship as part of my own small contribution to developing a better world in coaching leaders within the WILD Network.
