Professor David Clutterbuck is one of Europe’s most prolific and well-known management writers and thinkers. He has written 65 books and hundreds of articles on cutting edge management themes. He co-founded the European Mentoring & Coaching Council, the primary professional organisation in the field with Europe, and is now its Special Ambassador, promoting good practice in coaching and mentoring internationally. He chairs the International Standards for Mentoring Programmes in Employment and has just completed a 3 year term as external examiner for Ashridge Coaching MBA. He was voted Coaching at Work magazine’s first Mentor of the Year and one of the HR Magazine’s top 15 HR influencers.

We are delighted to invite applications from NGO leaders to attend the Ethiopian NGO Leadership Coaching Summit. Summit workshops will be focused specifically around the unique challenges facing NGOs in Ethiopia.

In addition to the two-day Summit, EthicalCoach will be awarding over $400,000 in coaching grants. NGO leaders selected to participate in the Summit will be invited to apply for one of these coaching grants with a minimum of ten individual leaders and their teams being awarded a full year of coaching support from our expert coaches.
