With diverse industry and leadership experiences spanning 18 years across media, technology, and learning in global organizations, I adapt swiftly to the uniqueness of the leader's context. I have partnered with organizations in various sectors, including IT, ITES, Telecom, Manufacturing, Banking, Consulting, Pharma, Insurance, Capital goods, and Research firms. Additionally, I have led several women leadership programs, focusing on developing self-awareness, self-management, and honing critical and practical skills for empowered, choiceful, and successful leadership in today's VUCA world.
