In response to a significant increase in demand in 2020, she expanded her services to include DEI training and strategy consulting for clients.

Originally from the US and a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley with a double major in sociology and political science, Pamela is perfectly bilingual. With over 30 years of experience on three continents, serving large groups such as Sofitel, Sodexho, Hilton, Marriott, and the Embassy of the United States in Paris, she possesses solid experience and genuine knowledge of the business world. This background has enabled her to adeptly practice her profession as a trainer and coach specializing in interculturality and communication since 2003.
