Wubet Girma Kebede serves as the Deputy Country Director for the British Council Ethiopia and brings over 12 years of multicultural experience driving development programs in Ethiopia, Kenya, Sudan, South Sudan, and the Czech Republic. Wubet holds a Masters in Social Work, a BA in Sociology and Social Administration, an Institute of Leadership & Management certification in Executive Leadership and Coaching for Performance, and Executive and Team Coaching Certification from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). She contributes a broad understanding of development programming and team management, human and institutional capacity development, and senior leadership challenges to the EthicalCoach team.
