I support expats, leaders and field personnel in international development institutions, non-profit sector organizations and social change initiatives. My main focus is to build capacities to better address today’s global challenges and to support individuals and organizations to thrive in new, sustaining ways. Over the past 20 years I have worked in the private sector, with government organizations, with civil society actors and supranational institutions across three continents. My career included working in Uganda, New York, South Sudan and Afghanistan. Collaborating on continent-wide organizational change initiatives as well as with many stakeholders and change agents across cultures, I know first-hand what it feels like to live in volatile environments, to be responsible for people and to work with resources that don’t always stretch to meet the size of what’s required. My work, methodologies, attitudes and worldviews are shaped by these experiences: underpinned by the principles of equity, collaboration, acceptance and compassion, and informed by what it means to engage right at the edge where plans and decisions face the messiness of reality. I will support you with all my heart to explore the inner landscape of your unfolding, to identify new ways of orienting your work towards ever-increasing impact, and how you can give your life, relationships and organization new directions, vitality and purpose. MSc in Consulting and Coaching for Change; Certified Integral Development Coach (ACTP/New Ventures West); ACC Accreditation with the ICF
My thinking about coaching: Coaching happens in partnership. It is a collaborative and dialogical inquiry process. In organizations, coaching should create value for individual clients, the teams they are part of, the organization, and all stakeholders involved. Why I coach: To play my part in creating positive systemic change. To provide individuals and teams with more options to achieve what they set out to do, to find meaning in who they are and what they do, and to be in service of who and what is important to them. Experience: 1. I have been coaching for more than 12 years and hold several certifications. 2. Primary focus areas are Executive and Leadership coaching with Systemic Team Coaching a current priority. 3. Working in large organizational leadership development and change projects has enabled me to connect levels of work/horizontal process flows and culture through coaching programs. 4. For the past 10 years, I have been involved in developing individual and team coaches. I have developed internal coaches and have set up internal coaching programs. Since 2020 I am a faculty member of an international team coaching training organization (Group and Team Coaching Institute – WBECS). 5. I am an individual and team coach supervisor, having done my first training in that regard in 2015. Associate Certified Meta-Coach, Systemic Team Coaching Master Practitioner Diploma

Experience:

My approach to coaching;
After years as a manager in multinational companies, I enjoy helping individuals find their own resources; I believe in the power of the solution-focused approach. I focus more on the possibility of solving difficulties than on analyzing their causes.
Coaching is for me a way to help people in organizations build excellent working relationships that lead to exceptional performance. It is a process that can focus both on developing specific work skills and addressing personal issues affecting work performance. Individual coaching can also serve as a preparation for progress in the corporate hierarchy.
When working with a group, coaching enables rapid change, affects workplace relationships and strengthens motivation and commitment. This all contributes to increasing the efficiency of the organisation.

I’m passionate about helping others become better leaders and followers.
After working for over 30 years within an international organization, I’m committed to supporting individuals and teams in their efforts to make a difference in their communities and the wider world.
My experience working with diverse teams, and training in non-profit leadership and executive coaching, as well as certifications as a Knowledge Manager and Kundalini Yoga Instructor, can help shape inspiring and authentic leaders.
My approach to coaching
Coaching is a partnership in which the coach inspires clients, through a process of thought provoking and creative interventions, to reach their full potential.
My approach to coaching is significantly influenced by my experience in the workplace over 37 years as a corporate lawyer in South Africa both as a partner in Africa’s largest law firm and as a General Counsel of a FTSE 100 company.
Over these 37 years I have realised that there is a strong link between optimal performance in the world of work and emotional robustness. Accordingly, where appropriate, I work with clients to focus on their inner strengths and self awareness in relation to the goals which clients have established for their coaching sessions.
Through my own experiences, I have a good understanding of the pressures that clients face when trying to balance meeting the needs of their own demanding clients with life outside the office as well as finding a successful route through complex relationships and less than optimal management of people.
In addition as I have been both a provider and user of corporate legal services I feel I can offer valuable insights into what it is like to be on both sides of any professional relationship but more especially in the world of law.
My core coaching principles
In every coaching relationship I apply a number of core principles –
• I act ethically according to what best serves the needs of the client;
• I aim to be empathetic, supportive, totally non-judgmental and unconditional;
• I endeavour to stretch clients to step outside their comfort zone – the “loving boot” in coaching speak;
• I am open and honest and open to receiving feedback which is similarly open, honest and direct;
• I listen carefully with an uncluttered mind and observe non-verbal cues;
• I aim to create a safe and totally confidential space to enable clients to build trust and feel empowered to be their authentic selves.
Coaching model
I am an eclectic and intuitive coach. Whilst I believe the various coaching models provide a useful framework for my coaching, I do not follow them slavishly. My model is to be flexible and to allow the clients’ needs to guide each coaching session. I support clients to help them work out their own solutions with a view to reaching their full potential

I partner with leaders and teams to develop collective collaborative leadership. During the past 2 years, globalization, digitalization, and high complexity have required organizations to shift from individual leadership to collective leadership development to become more resilient. So, I help leaders enhance their self-awareness, systemic and complex thinking, presence, and leadership maturity to learn, adapt, and thrive amidst these complex dynamics. As a result, they become better-equipped learners to foster cross-functional collaboration, promote collective intelligence, and impact diverse stakeholder groups.
Holistically, I address development by engaging the whole person for long-lasting results and a more significant impact. By applying an evidence-based and systemic approach to leadership and coaching, I help teams and leaders increase their performance (what they do now), capability (their ability to perform in the future), and capacity (how they do more with less).
Moreover, I draw on my 14+ years of work experience in multiple industries and global organizations, such as the United Nations, to bring a multicultural perspective and support my clients the best. I bring 30+ years of experience to different career fields and leadership experience in one of the largest MNC companies based in Hong Kong. I developed knowledge of what authentic leadership presence can do for individuals and how to nurture individual’s unique strengths and abilities.
Philosophy
I regard my clients as an expert in their own life and work, and every client is creative, resourceful, and whole. Therefore, I act as their sounding board and help them see and connect with their inner core beliefs and strengths. I offer an approach that allows clients to create positive shifts in their own mindset, with a focus on building confidence and developing an authentic leadership presence. I also help the individuals to foster a “growth mindset” to navigate the organizational, interpersonal, and individual challenges and unconscious biases that hinder their aspirations.
Accomplishment
I am most proud that I have the courage to reimagine my third phase of life and work, pursuing my aspirations and providing a role model for those who would like to make their own leap of faith for a meaningful life. I will continue to stay curious, reinvent myself and make contribution to a better & equitable world.
I believe that who we are and what we do matters. You are the person who is the activist, professional, leader, parent, child, friend, artist, the athlete, the spouse. Whether you acknowledge it or not, you have a profound ripple effect in the world.
That is why I am passionate about empowering, enabling, equipping, and engaging my clients to expand and grow, for the sake of amplifying their positive impact in their world.
My coaching has been deeply informed by my experience growing up on a farm, travelling and working with a variety of people in 6 continents, working in acute and mental health hospital settings, running a community pharmacy business and running my own business as a professional leadership and wellbeing coach for the past decade, while being Mum to three children (now teenagers).
I believe that sustainable, conscious leadership emanates from a well-spring of self-care and personal leadership. I aim to live in increasing integrity with this principle myself, and work with my clients to do the same. I started my career working in large corporates in a variety of roles: finance, sales and client management in the UK, Europe and Asia, before moving back to the UK and working as a Marketing and Business Development Director for a large law firm. This led me to set up my own business over 15 years ago, working with professional firms to help them improve their client management and relationships, largely through interviewing clients. Working with these firms made me realise that gathering information and feedback from their clients was not, on its own, very useful to effect change: the key to making a difference is to focus on individuals to change their behaviours to deliver what the clients are looking for. That effectively started my interest and progress towards qualifying first as an executive coach and, more recently, having both experienced myself and seen how teams impact overall performance, as at team coach.
My particular area of coaching is with leadership, sales teams and sales/business development individuals to help them improve their performance. Drawing on my own experiences working in sales teams and managing large client accounts, I help clients change their behaviours to focus on what really will help them drive their business forward. It’s particularly satisfying working with individuals and seeing them build their confidence and skills to become as good as they can be at selling.

I am an experienced Integral Coach, the integral approach incorporates the heart, body and mind. I use this by pulling all the elements together to create new possibilities for my clients. I combine this with contemporary social neuroscience, this allows my clients to connect to their very best thinking and allow for real and sustainable changes. I am passionate about seeing others discover the potential which lies within themselves. My own life experience has allowed me to build onto my methodologies and allow me to offer my clients a unique coaching journey and allow for real actualization and sustainable results. Linked to this I have a very good grasp of organizational dynamics, and the challenges and opportunities faced by people. This means I can help them work skillfully by building relationships, positively affecting the environment, getting results for the business. For me coaching is about learning new ways of observing yourself and others in the world to create new possibilities to shift our way of being to become more resilient, resourceful, and creative. It is s something that I am passionate about and believe it is a vocation and not a job!
As Structure & Flow, I provide the trustful thinking partnership and open, reflective space for focused dialogue – a space to make sense of opportunities and dilemmas from different perspectives, to gain new insights and explore future possibilities. I support and challenge leaders, managers, teams and other professionals through coaching, training and facilitation as they try out new approaches and behaviors, questioning established structures, assumptions and ways of working. Maybe the task is reinvention or to shape a common purpose and set of values or to clarify a vision and direction moving forward. Or perhaps it’s to develop greater awareness through critical self-examination or the mindset and confidence to learn new skills. Other themes might include: driving change and shaping culture, building strong relationships and communication, working across cultures and diversity, developing and inspiring others, and building resourcefulness, resilience, self-care and personal effectiveness. My approach combines the structure of frameworks, processes, planning, boundaries and discipline, with the flow of improvisation, creativity, playful exploration, autonomy and fun. It is principle-led, holistic and adaptive. It involves seeing the systems and patterns in context and culture, integrating knowledge from various disciplines, and upholding high professional standards and ethical practice.

As a child, Jakub Grzadzielski sang as a chorister in the world-famous Stuligrosz Choir, with which he toured throughout Europe. Later, he moved from music to sports, playing center for a major Polish regional basketball team. However, a serious knee injury curtailed his basketball career. He shifted to amateur boxing while pursuing his education, eventually graduating from the University of Technology in Poznan in the field of Electrical Engineering. Originally, he intended to get a PhD. However, family life intervened. “I’ll finish my doctoral studies,” he says with a laugh, “when my daughters leave home for college.” In his 17 years leading various teams in the automotive industry, Jakub discovered his real passion: working with and for people. “When I help people,” he states, “their achievements feel like my achievements.” What led Jakub to Stakeholder Centered Coaching? “After reading Marshall Goldsmith’s book, ‘What Got You Here Won’t Get You There’, I felt that the concepts in this book were the absolute foundation for any successful transformation.” He extolls “the incredible practicality and effectiveness of SCC methodology. From experience, I know that this approach guarantees measurable progress.” Jakub finds most rewarding the experience when the person he’s coaching changes behavior in a way that what was perceived as a weakness is now perceived as a strength. “These are the moments that show how much our profession is needed,” he says.

In my own story, over 25 years ago I was suddenly struck down with a debilitating illness that still affects me today. I’ve never allowed this to impact career; becoming a Director with well over 20 years of Senior Leadership Development and Coaching backed by a verifiable track record of turnaround and growth within manufacturing, service-based and not-for-profit sectors. My competencies include:
Business Strategy (Disruptive Business Modelling, Hohsin Kanri, Balanced Scorecard)
Strategic Leadership Development (Executive & Team Coaching, Mentoring & Facilitating)
Operational Strategy (Lean Six Sigma)
Supply Chain Development and Management
Outsourcing / Insourcing (Mergers, Acquisitions)
Cultural Transformation
Provide ongoing strategy, coupled with robust accountability and communication, detailed analysis, and development of processes and people using my own “Improvement Architecture” approach. Originating from a sports coaching background I like to look for the barriers that inhibit current performance, identifying root cause of behavioral issues and the triggers that bring them about. This includes challenging mindset, beliefs and deep held assumptions.
My offer to you is a non-judgmental, caring, confidential and professional conversation as we journey together. My coaching approach utilizes a systems thinking-integral coaching approach which embraces experiential action and reflective learning. We are living in an age of disruption, uncertainty and complexity and this can leave us feeling vulnerable. Navigating the change with a coach is invaluable. I bring the perspectives of a woman, mother and wife, with more than 20 years corporate experience using an integral coaching approach which explores our humanness from a systemic, relational, spiritual and emotional perspective. What differentiates me from other coaches is that I have a legal, governance and business background. My hobbies include amateur sports photography and running, preferably not at the same time.
I am an International Coach Federation (ICF) designated Master Coach (MCC) and a twenty-five year member of the Co-Active Training Institute faculty. With over 40 years of experience as a psychotherapist, coach and trainer, I am considered an elder in the coaching community. Since 1995, I have helped coaches learn to deeply listen to themselves and their clients in order to discover how their mindsets are impacting the results they want to create. Where biases and limitations exist, we reframe the situation in order to evoke and actualize new and better outcomes. I believe that both coaching and justice serve the same purpose: to create new mindsets and conditions that serve the needs of both the client and their community. As your coach, I am committed to helping you expand your awareness so that you can make the law work best for you and all the parties you serve.

I am originally from the east coast of Canada, now honored to live and work on Treaty 7 land – traditional territories of Blackfoot and Métis people – now known as Calgary, AB, Canada. People have been gathering for many years, where the Elbow & Bow River meet; as the water provides life. Personally, I feel the most alive when connected to nature, community and beside the ocean, or for now these rivers. For many years, I have been keenly enthusiastic about social change and progress. We are at a time in our world, where we are becoming increasingly conscious to our connections to each other and the planet. Often people search outside of self for solutions when capacity exists within – within self, teams, community and systems. My role is to invoke that capacity!

I have always been interested in people – who they are, what they do and why they do it. I am naturally open and am especially curious about cultures different from my own. For me, coaching offers the best combination of my skills and interests in a way that is constructive and useful for others. I believe we all have potential, and that coaching is a key enabler to activate this, irrespective of our role or the context for our work. Coaching enables personal insight, learning, clarity and authenticity and is an opportunity to pause before consciously re-engaging to reach our desired goals. Outcomes can include a clearer way forward, increased self- awareness and learning, and clarity on deeper purpose. I am constantly learning and my current focus is understanding the interplay between the individual and the systems they come from. Separately, I am studying how to work more somatically to enable better awareness of the whole self and as a lifelong animal lover, I am interested in animal facilitated learning and how horses may be part of the coaching process.
I have had the privilege to support others in experiencing the extraordinary for over thirty years. My passion and mission is to make a positive impact on the individuals and organizations I serve, paying forward all that I have been given.
My experience includes training and coaching in many areas of personal and professional development, counseling and therapy in community and clinical settings, martial arts instruction and developing others to do the same.
I partner with organizations, groups and individual clients to identify areas where they seek greater performance, joy and fulfillment, and I use a variety of approaches mixed with genuine commitment and playfulness to support them in creating breakthroughs to what they truly desire and deserve.
