Before establishing her own firm, Mish, as her clients and friends get to know her, contributed for over 15 years in the corporate world as Regional Senior Human Resources Manager and Organizational Development Culture Leader. After a successful career in helping highly visible managers C-Suite members and turning around toxic cultures into high-performance organizations, now she advises, guides and coaches them on how to maintain a culture that nurtures wellbeing while delivering high-value results.
She volunteers many hours in coaching pro-bono with various NGO’s because she firmly believes there is no healthy workplace without a soul, that there is no well being without tapping into the spirit and that all of this is possible through integrity while coaching. Guatemalan born, located in Buenos Aires, she keeps studying human behavior with high hopes after, observing great results, that we can all reach and understand what makes us better human beings every single day.
