Beatrice Attrill

Beatrice is sole proprietor of Beatrice Attrill & Associates. She is an experienced English and French speaking Organisation Development and Design consultant, specialising in the areas of Business Change and Transformation, Human Capital Strategy, Leadership Development, Facilitation and Coaching. She has since 2004 partnered with entities in the private, public and non-profit sectors, across a number of industries. Her passion lies in working with people and being integrally involved in the shaping of individuals, teams and organizations to realize excellent performance. She uses her extensive facilitation and coaching experience to work with organisations, teams and individuals towards the alignment of personal, professional, team and business goals. Beatrice is an Associate of WorldsViewTM Academy for Organisational Change. She is a part-time member of their academic programme Faculty, and an accredited facilitator of their Nine Conversations in Leadership TM, Purposeful TeamsTM and Heart of Leadership TM interventions. She is a regular Coach on Wits University's Business School?s Leadership Development Programmes. She is also on the educator team for the South African College of Applied Psychology (SACAP) and has since February 2019 been involved in the delivery of certain modules forming part of their BAppSocSci degree.
