Bryan works with executive leaders and their teams to unleash their full potential. He has worked as an internal executive coach within global organizations, as well as, externally in the past with a focus on the Financial Services industry. He holds his PCC certification through the ICF along with other assessments in order to support his clients to reach their goals. Bryan’s passion for coaching allows him to build a relationship where the foundation is trust, assisting leaders and financial advisors in developing plans that will lead to meeting their business objectives. Bryan began his career as a leader in the financial services industry in 1997 and pivoted towards a coaching role in 2015. In addition, he has held positions as a Branch Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and Assistant Market Director leading large teams at Fortune 500 companies. Bryan was an internal executive coach for Wells Fargo and Merrill Lynch working with Senior Executives, Regional Presidents, and successful emerging leaders in building out their development plans and executing through 1 on 1 coaching engagements to break through perceived obstacles and reach new heights in both their professional and personal lives. Bryan has executed strategic vision for several firms through projects such as Service Delivery Model, Accelerating Sales Effectiveness and Team Member Engagement. He is certified in areas such as DISC, Motivators, Intelligent Leadership, and Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Coaching among others.
