Cindy Biggs

In 2012, Cindy completed the Coaches Training Institute professional co-active coaching program and earned certification recognized by the International Coaching Federation. She has played a pivotal role in managing the professional mentoring program and facilitating the Managing and Leveraging Talent training series for the Women's Network of NE Ohio (now the Women's Leadership Institute at the Akron Chamber of Commerce).

Cindy serves as a Career and Executive Coach for LinkedIn's PROFINDER program. In a volunteer capacity, she has provided support group coaching for clients at OneEighty, a local integrated health system offering domestic violence services. Additionally, Cindy has collaborated with local women leaders in Santa Rosa de Copan, Honduras, addressing their leadership development needs through CAMO, a local non-profit focused on Central America Medical Outreach and community development.

As part of her commitment to community engagement, Cindy has been a coach for the Women for Change coaching community. She holds the roles of former and current co-President and Candidate's Night moderator for the League of Women Voters of Wayne County.
