Eva Hirsch Pontes is an Executive Coach, Trainer and Facilitator, Coach Mentor and Supervisor, and Conflict Mediator, living in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. In 2013, she became the first CSA Accredited Coach Supervisor in Latin America. Since then, she has been offering individual and group supervision to coaches who want to engage relationally in mutual and transformational learning. Eva earned her Coach certification through the Hudson Institute of Coaching, Santa Barbara, California, after a successful career as an executive in the shipping industry. Eva holds a Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential from ICF – International Coach Federation, as well as a Diploma in Coaching Supervision through the Coach Supervision Academy, England. Eva also graduated from The Art & Practice of Leadership Development” certificate program at Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government, Executive Education. Eva has been actively involved in volunteer activities for ICF: she integrated the first Board of ICF/Chapter Brazil, and currently works in the Ethics Committee of that Chapter, as well as acting as ICF trained assessor to review recordings of ACC and PCC candidates. Eva defines herself as a someone who wishes to grow and to help other people grow through reflective conversations about themselves and their work.
