I believe supporting people in line with their needs in this fast changing world is key to organisational development. I am also passionate about supporting parents in the workplace and working with companies sharing this vision. I believe; as organisations become more family friendly and empower women; the business environment will evolve enormously. Hence I give consultancy to companies in developing corporate cultures that foster the integration of work/life needs.
I draw on a background in business management having worked in different companies at different managerial levels; leading teams and departments. I have an international and intercultural experience having studied and worked with people of diverse nationalities.
I’m known for my long name(!) as well as my energy and enthusiasm. I enjoy interacting with people; doing things that help others and researching / learning new information.
