After 12 years in the banking industry as a relationship manager dedicated to small, medium and large companies, Hélène made a switch in her career in order to be more of service to others as a certified coach. She first honed her coaching skills while involved in an organization dedicated to women empowerment and emerging entrepreneurs from disadvantaged areas.

She is very sensitive to organizations who aim to work for the social good and the environment. In her work she incorporates her passion for questioning the purpose, projects, or programs, ensuring there is a call to action and seeing how it can be measured.

Building on her intercultural experiences, she can work with a wide range of profiles. Today, she mainly works with women in professional transition or taking management roles; with expatriates needing to adjust as fast as possible in the serenest way possible and with emerging entrepreneurs.
