I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) who works with high-achieving, highly driven women executives, VP level and above, ages 35 to 45 who have just transitioned or are about to transition to a new level of leadership and want to stay centered as they achieve success, integrity, and work-life balance as they define it – taking a whole-hearted, whole-person approach to coaching and leadership development. I do this via customized programs that leverage emotional agility, mental fitness, and mindfulness-based leadership and team coaching and development practices.

My ideal clients are heart-centered, socially conscious leaders and organizations who are pushing up against their growing edge, often in the midst of navigating complex changes – typically they’re wrestling with team dynamics and communication and increasing levels of complexity in their responsibilities. I bring a whole-person, integrated-intelligence approach to the issues that are often involved, such as stress management, conflict resolution, and – what it always all boils down to – being in relationship with other complex human beings.

I do this in a way that empowers executives and organizations to celebrate and leverage true diversity, work more skillfully with discomfort, strengthen communication, and tap into the collective genius and resourcefulness of teams to translate vision into action.

In addition to being a PCC, I am also a certified business advisor who brings a well-established foundation of mindfulness practice into my work. My strengths include a high degree of emotional intelligence and communication skills, which translate into an open, nonjudgmental model and abundant curiosity in the coaching context.

As a marketing, communications, and business development professional, I’ve served at the executive level in both the for-profit and non-profit arenas, and have successfully project managed countless innovative, high-intensity initiatives for companies and organizations ranging from United Parcel Service and international telecommunications firms to disaster recovery and technology consulting.
