Karen Borain

With 33 years of leadership experience in the Learning and Development field within corporates, working with business owners, and 18 years as an Executive and Team Coach, I have had the privilege to coach and train many senior executives internationally. Through this, I've developed a keen understanding of the corporate and business environment and am passionate about the learning, training, and development of people within organizations. As a coach, I have experience coaching Executives, Directors, Senior Managers, Middle Managers, and Business Owners in various industries. I also train leaders to use coaching in their roles and mentor coaches to be more effective.

My strengths as a coach include connecting thoughts and ideas, questioning to encourage new thinking, coaching into action to achieve results, creating accountability, and building new positive habits.

In addition to coaching, my strengths extend to matching learning solutions to business needs, program development, facilitation, communication, presentation skills, organizational development, initiative, self-motivation, and energy.

In my personal life, I enjoy playing tennis, walking, and reading. I am married and a mom to 2 sons and an Alsatian dog.
