Maddie is the Co-Director of Supervision at CRR Global, whose founders designed the Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching Program (ORSC). Strengthening interpersonal relationships within a business is the newest and most effective approach to enhancing performance in today’s workplace. It is often the missing key that a business is searching for to help create dynamic change. Relationships are present everywhere and form the foundation for all organizations. Relationship systems coaching creates optimal conditions for open and productive communication, so real issues can be resolved and new pathways for growth can emerge. Coaching provides tools to help teams effectively focus their attention on important topics together. Business teams often use coaching to improve working relationships, decrease toxic communication, navigate interpersonal challenges, enhance team performance, and increase profitability. Maddie is passionate about her work and helps her clients get to the heart of what they want to accomplish. Her work takes her around the globe as she coaches and trains business teams to develop and improve the quality of their relationships, both at home and at work. Maddie is internationally certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) as a Master. Certified Coach (MCC). She earned the Organization and Relationship Systems Coach Certification (ORSCC) from CRR Global, where she serves as the Director of Faculty and Leader Development, an international coach trainer, and a leader in the certification program. Maddie is also a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) with the Coaches Training Institute, and a Certified Team Performance Coach (CTPC) with Team Coaching International.
