Mish is a South African social entrepreneur and leadership coach. He has been coaching enterprising leaders and teams from the public and private sectors since 2007. Trading as Enterprisecoach, Mish has also partnered since 2012 with CRR Global to bring Organization and Relationship Systems Coach training to sub-Saharan Africa, training more than 500 people in the ORSC methodology and working with them to pioneer team coaching on the continent. Mish also supervises ORSC certification students. Mish also supervises ORSC certification students for CRR Global, serving students in Africa, Asia, Europe and North America. In more than 3,000 hours of coaching, Mish has worked with senior and top management – individually and increasingly in their teams. He has a passion for aligning business practice with the core values of its practitioners. Mish particularly loves to coach agents of change whose vision for business success includes empowering people and making a broad social and economic impact. In 1993 Mish co-founded and became first CEO of Praxis Computing, a start-up computer software and services business that grew under his leadership to be chosen as one of South Africa’s Top Twenty Non-Listed Companies in 2003. Praxis pioneered in embracing the diversity of the “rainbow nation” Mish is certified as a Professional Coach by the International Coach Federation (ICF). He is also a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, an ICF-accredited qualification he obtained from CTI (thecoaches.com) in 2008. He completed advanced Certification in Organizational and Relationship Systems coaching (ORSC) in 2014.In 2004 he completed a three-year part-time Owner President Management Program at Harvard Business School. He holds a Graduate Certificate in Education from the University of Zimbabwe (1983), a BSc in Physics (1980) and a BA in African History from the University of Cape Town (1979).
