Ruma is one of the only ORSC-certified systems coaches in India with significant international coaching experience. Her passion is to co-create social impact through changes in beliefs and cultural shifts in organizations, enabled by open and honest conversations. Ruma is an ICF mentor and is actively engaged in mentoring professional coaches through their ICF journeys of ACC and PCC. With almost 20 years of corporate experience in leadership positions, she brings rich practical knowledge in leading high performing teams in large multinational corporations as well as many years of experience coaching executive, management committee and board leaders.
