Suha F. Daou, MA, Ph.D., is a multilingual expert with more than 24 years of professional consulting, individual and team coaching, facilitation, and academic experience in a wide array of industries and organizations. Dr. Daou taught graduate and undergraduate courses in leadership, negotiation, ethics, and all facets of human resource management and development. While at the UN, Dr. Daou led the Management, Leadership, Communication and Innovation (MLCI) Unit at the UNHCR Global Learning Center in Budapest where she was actively involved and either directly or indirectly responsible for the assessment, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of all core management and leadership development programs for national and professional staff at all levels. As a consultant, Dr. Daou has provided a variety of performance improvement efforts including executive coaching; team coaching; comprehensive needs assessment; the design and development of training programs and materials; selection and performance appraisal guidelines; and human resource interventions and associated evaluation programs for a variety of organizations spanning several industries. In the area of leadership development, Dr. Daou designed and conducted numerous leadership competency assessments and resultant leadership development interventions. Dr. Daou is a certified practitioner in a variety of psychometric assessments including the Hogan Assessment, the Kirton Adaption-Innovation Inventory, The Korn Ferry Leadership Architect (KFLA) and Korn Ferry 360 (KF360), and the Thomas Kilmann Conflict Inventory. Dr. Daou is certified by Georgetown University as an Executive Leadership Coach. Dr. Daou is currently completing the Global Organization Executive Coaching program at HEC Paris.
