A graduate of George Mason University's Leadership Coaching for Organizational Wellbeing program, Victoria brings over 20 years of professional experience working with purpose-driven companies and social justice organizations.

Currently serving as the Executive Vice President at the global public relations firm Weber Shandwick, Victoria leads the global Social Impact team. In this role, she spearheads the creation of brave, data-informed creative solutions for a diverse range of clients, including prominent names like Nestle and Nike. Prior to joining Weber Shandwick, Victoria contributed to the United Nations Foundation and played a pivotal role in the AAAS Science and Human Rights Program.

Victoria holds a Master's degree in International Peace and Conflict Resolution and a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from American University. Her commitment to coaching, coupled with her extensive background in social impact and public relations, positions her as a valuable partner for clients seeking transformative leadership and organizational success.
