Yonas Tegene is a dedicated advocate for the personal development of leaders in Ethiopia. With 10 years of leadership experience, he holds the position of Senior Faculty for East Africa at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), a leadership training and research organization dedicated to helping organizations improve their effectiveness and competitiveness through people.

Yonas is an expert facilitator and designer with a successful track record in large-scale, complex projects, delivering impactful results for clients such as World Vision International and the British Council's Civil Society Support Program (CSSP). Serving as a catalyst, Yonas helps organizations create sustainable solutions for leadership development that are inclusive, accessible, and affordable. He has supported interventions across sectors, with a special focus on non-profit, multi-stage leadership rollouts.

Certified by CCL's Leadership Beyond Boundaries initiative, Yonas is qualified to facilitate Leadership Essentials, Facilitation Essentials, and Coaching Essentials. He received his coaching accreditation through the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) in 2018.
