The coaching offered by EthicalCoach and Global Shapers Community was a very unique experience for me. And since its the first time ever I took leadership coaching, I didn’t really know what to expect but it turned out exceptional. What was quite different and remarkable is that coaches don’t tell you where to improve or what not, they let you answer those complex questions that you are struggling with. It’s very interesting how we all have answers to many of our questions but we don’t dig deep or think about them in the right way, this coaching will certainly help you overcome that. I would highly recommend it to every Shaper!
