Sylvia Vriesendorp

Originally from the Netherlands, Sylvia has a rich background with experience in Lebanon (ICRC), Senegal (UNESCO), and Afghanistan (USAID). She became an American citizen in 2005 and currently resides in Massachusetts. Fluent in Dutch, English, and French, Sylvia brings 7 years of coaching experience to her practice. She is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching and an Associated Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation. Sylvia is also certified as a Conversational Intelligence® (CIQ) Coach.

Sylvia's coaching focus is on supporting senior NGO leaders, particularly in Francophone and Anglophone Africa, in bringing out the best in themselves and their teams while navigating the challenges of our times. In addition to her individual coaching qualifications, she is also certified as a Team Coaching Foundations coach by the Global Team Coaching Institute.
