Professor Peter Hawkins

Peter Hawkins is a Professor of Leadership at Henley Business School, Chairman of Renewal Associates, and the founder and emeritus Chairman of Bath Consultancy Group. He also serves as the Chairman of Metaco South Africa. As a prominent consultant, writer, and researcher in leadership and leadership development, Peter is recognized as an international thought leader in executive teams and systemic team coaching.

Peter recently led a significant global research project on "Tomorrow's Leadership and the Necessary Revolution in Today's Leadership Development" for Henley Business School. He has also completed writing the third edition of "Leadership Team Coaching," set to be published in June 2017 by Kogan Page.

Over the past 30 years, Peter has collaborated with numerous leading companies worldwide, contributing to the co-design and facilitation of major change and organizational transformation projects. He has extensive experience coaching company boards and leadership teams in various sectors, including commercial companies, the public sector, higher education, and large professional service organizations.

Peter Hawkins is the author of several best-selling books, including "Leadership Team Coaching in Practice," "Supervision in the Helping Professions," "Coaching, Mentoring and Organizational Consultancy: Supervision, Skills, and Development," "Creating a Coaching Culture," and "The Wise Fool's Guide to Leadership."
