We have a vision of making coaching available to the leaders of non-governmental organizations everywhere.

All started in Ethiopia

Starting in Ethiopia, our intent has always been to reach leaders addressing the most challenging humanitarian and environmental issues, regardless of where they are located.

In 2020, we will expand to other parts of Africa, as well as to the Middle East, the Americas and Europe. By 2021, we will be truly global, supporting those “on the front lines” with the tools and resources they need to succeed.
