I support expats, leaders and field personnel in international development institutions, non-profit sector organizations and social change initiatives. My main focus is to build capacities to better address today?s global challenges and to support individuals and organizations to thrive in new, sustaining ways. Over the past 20 years I have worked in the private sector, with government organizations, with civil society actors and supranational institutions across three continents. My career included working in Uganda, New York, South Sudan and Afghanistan. Collaborating on continent-wide organizational change initiatives as well as with many stakeholders and change agents across cultures, I know first-hand what it feels like to live in volatile environments, to be responsible for people and to work with resources that don't always stretch to meet the size of what's required. My work, methodologies, attitudes and worldviews are shaped by these experiences: underpinned by the principles of equity, collaboration, acceptance and compassion, and informed by what it means to engage right at the edge where plans and decisions face the messiness of reality. I will support you with all my heart to explore the inner landscape of your unfolding, to identify new ways of orienting your work towards ever-increasing impact, and how you can give your life, relationships and organization new directions, vitality and purpose. Harriet Nelson
I have always been interested in people— who they are, what they do, and why they do it. I am naturally open and particularly curious about cultures different from my own. Coaching, for me, offers the best combination of my skills and interests in a constructive and useful way for others. I believe we all have potential, and coaching is a key enabler to activate this potential, regardless of our role or the context of our work. Coaching facilitates personal insight, learning, clarity, and authenticity, providing an opportunity to pause before consciously re-engaging to reach our desired goals. Outcomes may include a clearer way forward, increased self-awareness and learning, and clarity on deeper purpose.
I am constantly learning, with my current focus on understanding the interplay between the individual and the systems they come from. Additionally, I am studying how to work more somatically to enable better awareness of the whole self. As a lifelong animal lover, I am also interested in animal-facilitated learning and how horses may be part of the coaching process.

Jakub Grzadzielski
Jakub Grzadzielski's journey began as a chorister in the renowned Stuligrosz Choir, touring throughout Europe during his childhood. Transitioning from music to sports, he played center for a major Polish regional basketball team until a serious knee injury altered his career path. During his pursuit of education in Electrical Engineering at the University of Technology in Poznan, he shifted to amateur boxing.
While originally intending to pursue a Ph.D., family life intervened, and Jakub humorously remarks that he plans to finish his doctoral studies "when my daughters leave home for college." In his 17 years leading teams in the automotive industry, Jakub discovered his true passion: working with and for people. Helping others achieve success brings a sense of accomplishment that he treasures.
What drew Jakub to Stakeholder Centered Coaching? Influenced by Marshall Goldsmith's book, "What Got You Here Won't Get You There," he recognized its concepts as the foundational elements for successful transformation. Jakub praises the incredible practicality and effectiveness of SCC methodology, emphasizing that it guarantees measurable progress based on his extensive experience.
The most rewarding aspect of coaching, according to Jakub, is witnessing individuals change behavior to transform perceived weaknesses into strengths. These moments, he believes, highlight the essential need for the coaching profession.

Judith Cohen
As an International Coach Federation (ICF) designated Master Coach (MCC) and a member of the Co-Active Training Institute faculty for over twenty-five years, I bring over 40 years of experience as a psychotherapist, coach, and trainer, earning recognition as an elder in the coaching community. Since 1995, I've assisted coaches in developing deep self-awareness and understanding their clients, uncovering how mindsets impact desired outcomes. In cases of biases and limitations, we collaboratively reframe situations to evoke and actualize new and improved results.
I firmly believe that both coaching and justice share a common purpose: to foster new mindsets and conditions that serve the needs of clients and their communities. In my role as your coach, I am dedicated to expanding your awareness, enabling you to optimize the law to benefit both yourself and the parties you serve.

I partner with leaders and teams to develop collective collaborative leadership. During the past 2 years, globalization, digitalization, and high complexity have required organizations to shift from individual leadership to collective leadership development to become more resilient. So, I help leaders enhance their self-awareness, systemic and complex thinking, presence, and leadership maturity to learn, adapt, and thrive amidst these complex dynamics. As a result, they become better-equipped learners to foster cross-functional collaboration, promote collective intelligence, and impact diverse stakeholder groups. Holistically, I address development by engaging the whole person for long-lasting results and a more significant impact. By applying an evidence-based and systemic approach to leadership and coaching, I help teams and leaders increase their performance (what they do now), capability (their ability to perform in the future), and capacity (how they do more with less). Moreover, I draw on my 14+ years of work experience in multiple industries and global organizations, such as the United Nations, to bring a multicultural perspective and support my clients the best. In addition, I am pursuing an M.A. in Human Development and a Ph.D. in Organizational Development and Change at Fielding University, and I am a bilingual business professional (MBA).
