I like to help leaders of all stages be able to focus on who they are and who they really are through coaching to move forward with whatever obstacle is in their way. Help them get unstuck. Help them more confidently move through their life. Help them to learn and grow and thrive. I coach many top leaders and directors, but also those just new to supervision. I also host training sessions that I guide leaders through enhancing emotional intelligence, and group coaching check in options to see where they are getting stuck in their action plans as part of their growth. I love my job, and I would love working with you!

Today the world is at an interesting and frightening place. I feel at odds, in despair, full of hope and the desire to be part of the solution. I want to co-create a world with you we all want to live in.

Cindy is the recipient of the first Leadership Wooster Alumni Award, Athena Award, and Women of Achievement Award in Wooster, Tribute to Women in Business award in Mansfield, and Grassroots Honoree for the Ohio League of Women Voters.
