Our Work
Coaching.com Foundation started out as EthicalCoach in 2017. Founded by WBECS founder Ben Croft, EthicalCoach brought 400 selected nonprofit/civil society leaders together for an empowering two-day Summit at the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) building in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia in October 2018.
Our Work
In the years following the Summit, individual and team coaching was provided to 20 selected organizations in Ethiopia with additional support and resources being made available to all of the summit participants.
Now known as Coaching.com Foundation, we continue to expand our footprint by partnering with an increasing number of non-profit organizations, providing one-on-one leadership coaching to help them increase their impact. Our reach now extends to more than 100 countries on six continents.
