Adam Smith
Adam Smith began his career working in retained executive search and management consulting. His focus for the last 13 years has been executive coaching, organizational consulting, boards, facilitation and education. Adam's education and training in leadership coaching started in an MBA program in Organization Development under Dr. Richard Kilburg at Johns Hopkins University. He then completed the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Program where he serves today as Adjunct Faculty assessing and mentoring coaches. Adam also serves as a coach assessor and mentor coach for the International Coaching Federation. Other work includes Coaching Supervision and serving as a Research Committee Member and Reviewer for the Graduate School Alliance for Education in Coaching.
