Benjamin Croft

Benjamin Croft is a multi-award-winning entrepreneur specializing in the Business and Executive Coaching industry. He is the founder of the World Business & Executive Coach Summit and EthicalCoach. In 2018, Ben's company WBECS Group was recognized as the fastest-growing Education company in the UK in the INC 5000. WBECS has evolved into the world's leading event for the industry, drawing 7,200 attendees in its inaugural year (2011) and over 46,000 in 2018.

With a vision to create and sustain a positive impact on the world, and armed with an intimate understanding of the power of coaching, Ben began breaking down barriers between coaching and organizations dedicated to making the world a better place. This led to the creation of EthicalCoach. Alongside his remarkable team, Ben is on a mission to connect world-class coaches with NGOs, aiming to increase leadership capacity and effectiveness, address environmental and humanitarian challenges, and provide support for an additional 64 million children in need over the next decade.
