Bryan embarked on his career in the financial services industry in 1997 and transitioned to a coaching role in 2015. Throughout his career, he held key positions such as Branch Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and Assistant Market Director, leading large teams at Fortune 500 companies.
Bryan served as an internal executive coach for Wells Fargo and Merrill Lynch, collaborating with Senior Executives, Regional Presidents, and emerging leaders to develop and execute personalized development plans. This involved one-on-one coaching engagements to overcome perceived obstacles and achieve new heights in both professional and personal realms. Bryan has successfully executed strategic visions for various firms, contributing to projects like Service Delivery Model, Accelerating Sales Effectiveness, and Team Member Engagement. He holds certifications in DISC, Motivators, Intelligent Leadership, and Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Coaching, among others.
