Catherine Tole

Catherine is a Certified Executive Coach and the founder and lead consultant of Erin Consultant, a boutique HR and OD consulting firm based in Nairobi, Kenya. Catherine is passionate about empowering leaders to create great places to work where employees can grow and thrive while realizing their full potential. She does this through training and coaching. Catherine?s career spans over 20 years within the International not for profit sector where she has held senior leadership positions in Human Resources. Catherine is an Associate Director and adjunct faculty at CDI-Africa coaching group, an ICF accredited premier coach training institute that provides coach training, Leadership Development and Executive coaching across Africa. In this role, she has trained and coached organization leaders in the area of leadership across various sectors and at all levels including senior executives. She is also a coach with the Humanitarian Coaching network, an organization that provides pro-bono coaching within the International not for profit sector. Catherine is also a certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner (Genos), a certified Change Manager (PROSCI), a certified Global Coaching Index practitioner, a certified Impostor syndrome coach and an accredited Clarity 4D (behavioral assessment tool) practitioner. Catherine serves in a number of boards within the not for profit sector.
