Chip McFarlane

Chip McFarlane, one of Australia's first and most seasoned executive coaches, has a rich international coaching background, having worked in various countries across the globe. He has engaged with diverse industries and clients, from C-suite executives and board members to entire teams. Chip is dedicated to guiding teams beyond high performance to become high value-adding entities for all stakeholders, including the Earth. Holding an MCC credential with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Chip is also a senior faculty member and co-founder of the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL), a prominent coach training organization in the Asia Pacific region.

As one of the twelve inaugural international coaches selected by EthicalCoach, a globally recognized philanthropic organization, Chip actively contributes through pro bono coaching for NGO leaders and their teams, initially in Ethiopia and now worldwide. Beyond coaching, Chip brings a unique perspective to his work as a shaman, enriching his approach with a poetic and symbolic understanding of life's greater mysteries.
