Professor David Clutterbuck is a distinguished mentor, coach, and entrepreneur, renowned as one of Europe's foremost management writers and thinkers. With a portfolio of over 70 books and numerous articles on cutting-edge management topics, he has made significant contributions to the field. As a serial entrepreneur, David has successfully built and sold two consulting businesses.

Currently, he collaborates with an international network of mentor trainers and researchers at Coaching and Mentoring International, focusing on enhancing organizational capabilities in coaching and mentoring. A co-founder of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council, David now serves as its Special Ambassador, championing good practices in coaching and mentoring on a global scale. He initiated the International Standards for Mentoring & Coaching Programs and recently completed a three-year term as an external examiner for the Ashridge Coaching MBA.

Recognized as Coaching at Work magazine's first Mentor of the Year, David is a visiting professor at four esteemed business schools: Henley (Reading University), Sheffield Hallam, Oxford Brookes, and York St John. His commitment to ongoing research spans mentoring, coaching, team coaching, talent management, and leader development.

A sought-after and thought-provoking public speaker, David is in high demand globally. Among his current initiatives is a project aiming to create five million school-age coaches and mentors worldwide over a five-year period.
