Gian Paolo Einaudi

Gian Paolo has a calling to empower others. After college, he answered this calling by working in community and youth development while serving in the Peace Corps in Central America. Later he co-founded a nonprofit that equipped rural communities with access to medical and educational services. After completing an MBA with INCAE (founded by Harvard University in Central America), he advised companies on citizenship strategies throughout The Americas and forged partnerships between private entities in the US and social sector organizations in Latin America and the Caribbean. Since 2014, he has used coaching skills to equip others in living and leading with clarity, purpose, and passion. As the founder of Forward Bridges Coaching, he partners with change agents, entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs and others seeking to grow. Gian Paolo has accreditation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF.)
