Heather Luxion
Heather is recognized for her warm presence, insightfulness, and a remarkable ability to get to the heart of a matter when working with clients worldwide. Her approach combines laughter and compassion with groundedness and laser insight, fostering courageous spaces for personal growth. Heather holds the designation of Professional Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation and is also a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach from the Co-Active Training Institute.
Her educational background includes a BA in Communication Studies with a concentration in Alternative Forms of Dispute Resolution from the University of Maryland, as well as a Certificate in Mediation from Northwestern University. Heather is a Certified Restorative Justice Facilitator from the International Institute of Restorative Practices and has received training in facilitating interactive anti-racism education. Currently, she volunteers as a mediator for child protection mediations and has previously served as a Member of the ICF Board in Chicago. Heather also co-founded and co-led the Wholeness, Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity Task Force at CTI.
