Joyce's mission is to help leaders thrive in various aspects of their lives and create a positive impact on the communities where they live, work, and move. With over 12 years of experience managing corporate social responsibility programs and stakeholders for leading companies across industries, she partners with next-generation leaders (Millennials and Gen Zs), middle managers, and executives from social impact organizations, tech and startups, media/PR, fashion, and utilities globally. Using a co-creative process, Joyce supports them in navigating uncertain futures and uncharted territories with greater confidence by discovering and articulating their personal values, unique strengths, skills, and resources.
