Judith E. Glaser
Judith E. Glaser (1946 – 2018) was an Organizational Anthropologist and a highly influential figure in the consulting and coaching industry. With over 40 years of experience, she was recognized as a pioneering and innovative change agent. Judith was particularly renowned for her expertise in Conversational Intelligence, WE-centric Leadership, and Neuro-Innovation.
As a best-selling author, Judith wrote seven business books, including the acclaimed work "Conversational Intelligence: How Great Leaders Build Trust and Get Extraordinary Results." In this book, she applied "the Neuroscience of WE" to address business challenges, showcasing how CEOs and their teams could enhance engagement, collaboration, and innovation. Her insights demonstrated the positive impact on revenue and profitability, even in challenging and dynamic environments.
Judith served as the founder and CEO of Benchmark Communications Inc. and held the position of Chairman at The Creating WE Institute.
