Karin Wilms

Karin Wilms holds two master's degrees (MSc Public Administration, MA Governance and Development) and has over 15 years of work experience in international cooperation. She has worked for multiple NGOs around the world and has lived in Africa for over 10 years (South Africa, Ghana, Mali, and Ethiopia). Currently based in the Netherlands, Karin works as a Business Developer and coach. She received her coaching accreditation through the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and finds joy in working with individuals and teams through life and leadership coaching. Working with EthicalCoach, she is contributing to better-performing individuals/teams in developing organizations, leading to more positive impact and a better world.
