Leah Dejenu received her coaching accreditation through the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) in 2018. In addition to her work with EthicalCoach, she currently serves as the Associate Director of Business Development for the R&D Group in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Her experience in the management and consultancy sector includes work with youth empowerment, as well as with First Nation, homeless, immigrant, and refugee communities. Leah brings to the EthicalCoach team her strong coaching, training facilitation, and business development skills. She holds a BA in English Language and Literature/Letters and Middle Eastern and African Studies from the University of Alberta.
