Matthew Broderick

Matthew Broderick is an executive coach working with RocheMartin, a global management development company that assists organizations across the world to create more successful businesses by enhancing the leadership competencies of their managers. Matthew received his BA from University College Dublin and his diploma in executive coaching from University College Cork. He is an accredited member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council at the practitioner level and is currently studying for a BSc in Psychology at the Open University. Since joining RocheMartin, Matthew has been working with individuals and teams, coaching, teaching, and facilitating on emotional intelligence. He has been working with leaders across the business, NGO, education, and embassy sectors in Dublin, Addis Ababa, Nairobi, and more recently in Cluj, Romania.
