Melissa Creede

Leadership and Change Makers Coach

Melissa Creede coaches leaders and change-makers to activate their full potential, drawing from her own journey. She recognized the significance of career management and leadership development early in her career, rising from Project Coordinator to Vice-President within four years and becoming the first woman on the executive team by the age of thirty. Now, she guides others to be intentional about their career and leadership goals, fostering success in their current and desired roles.

Melissa possesses a unique ability to balance big-picture vision with tangible action and results. Known for her directness, clarity, and powerful questioning, she challenges clients to explore different perspectives and overcome limiting behaviors and beliefs. Celebrated for infusing playfulness with purpose, motivation, and results, Melissa's 25 years of experience have spanned boardrooms to non-electrified communities in rural Argentina and beyond.

Her passion lies in coaching individuals eager to make a positive impact, particularly in the social impact space, covering areas like social justice, sustainability, climate change, diversity, inclusion and anti-racism, LGBTQ, and clean tech.
