Paul Lim

Paul is a seasoned professional in leadership development, serving as an executive and systemic team coach, coach supervisor, and change consultant based in Singapore. In 2014, he transitioned to an independent career after accumulating 30 years of experience in both private and public sectors. His most recent corporate position was with the Singapore public service, where he led the Centre for Leadership Development and OD, introducing coaching and coaching supervision to the public service. Prior to this, he held the role of Regional Director/MD with international consulting firms, working extensively across the Asia-Pacific region.
