Pete Williams

Pete is an executive coach for individuals and teams, as well as a facilitator, bringing over 35 years of business leadership experience in the construction, manufacturing, supply chain, and services sectors. Throughout his career, he has encountered a diverse range of business and leadership issues. With 12 years of board experience, including seven as MD with full bottom-line responsibility at a multi-billion-dollar award-winning organization, Pete also possesses expertise in small business, having started three companies from scratch. Pete began his coaching and facilitating journey in 2011, preferring a pragmatic, experiential, and practical approach rooted in evidence-based best practices.
