Rama strongly believes in the inherent potential of individuals to find the best solutions for their needs and dilemmas and enjoys working with them in their journey to achieve their goals. She is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) from ICF and is trained in Systemic and Team coaching. She has been coaching CXO?s and Founders in both corporate and social sectors for over 10 years; She also engages with organisations for systemic team coaching and runs specific programmes for Women. She is onboarded as a Coach for the UN and coaches senior UN leaders across the world. She currently serves as Director on the Boards of 3 organisations. She also teaches Social entrepreneurship in India and mentors a few social sector organisations. In her previous corporate avatar, she has 16 plus years of experience as a senior Strategy and Marketing professional for MNC?s in India and Asia Pacific, which included PepsiCo and BP(British Petroleum). She was also a Mentor for Afghan civil servants through the UN, engaging with 5-6 members of Afghan civil service for 10 years from 2010 to 2019. She has an MBA from NUS, Singapore and Bachelor degrees in Commerce and Law from Delhi University.
